Loot, loot, and loot some more. As i started this play through as a way to and practice for my very hard iron mutant run, I discovered something. Always loot as far and as much as you can, before fighting anything that you need to. As I end this video in Izza and Fala zone and if I had sneaked all along the left wall to the back, I could have gotten the next artifact and gotten the +1 weapon damage across all guns perks.
