In this video, I'm going to show you how to cancel an Amazon order on the app. So, open up the Amazon app on your phone. Tap on your profile icon, along the bottom screen, which is the second one to the left. Then tap on your orders. You can cancel an order on the Amazon app as long as it hasn't been dispatched.


So tap on the order that you want to cancel, scroll a little towards the bottom of the screen. And you'll see an option for cancelling the order, tap on cancel order. Amazon do let you know that if you have been charged a refund will be processed and will be available to you in the next five to seven business days, Continue on by hitting cancel selected items.
