85How to cancel and get full refund for PlayStation Plus
(Works only if you bought it within 14 days)
Make sure you started your subscription within the past 14 days. You won't get a refund unless this is true.
Open this link: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/contact-us/?category=store
Click on live chat, then a new button will pop up in the bottom right. Click on it.
When asked what you want refunded, click on "Cancel my subscription".
Reply to the bot with your information.
Once connected, the agent (human) might ask you to confirm your phone number. If you don't have a phone number on your account, tell them you don't have one connected. You'll be fine.
Tell the agent you want to cancel and get a refund on your current subscription to buy the 12 month discounted deal. (They cannot partially refund you currently, idk why. So you should expect a full refund).
That's it. Your subscription is now canceled and refunded. My PSN store credit immediately appeared and I was able to subscribe to the discounted 12 month Premium subscription.
