You can cancel your Prime sub by going to settings, account settings and clicking Prime. Then, you will see an option to click “Cancel Membership

if you have created the subscription within the 72 hours you should be able to have the cancel and refund button there. If not you can submit a ticket https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
