To change your profile image on discord, go to your user settings on the bottom left side of the screen. Under my account, go over to edit. Click on your current profile image and you will be allowed to change it and upload a new image. You will have the ability to zoom in and move your image around to center the image for your discord profile. disable streamer mode if you have it enabled to change the profile pic.
