I am on another Science experiment kick! This one involves lighting the vapor off the top of rubbing alcohol that has been trapped in a bottle! it gives this nice whooshing sound as oxygen rushes into the bottle to keep the chemical reaction going! It is a pretty amazing experiment and would make for a fantastic science project! I would probably go with the effect the difference the percentage of alcohol makes on the flame and how this relates to real world situations!
