Amazon's Alexa can do everything -- including serve as your alarm clock. The Alexa virtual assistant comes with a variety of alarm sounds, and you can even choose to have the alarm gradually increase in volume. One of the benefits of using Amazon's virtual assistant as your alarm clock is that you can change your Alexa alarm clock volume. In this video I'll show you how to both change the Alexa alarm volume on all of your Alexa devices, or how to change it on just one specific Alexa or Echo device.
First, let's look at how to change the Alexa alarm volume on all of your Alexa devices in the Alexa app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
Step 1. Tap to launch the Amazon Alexa app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. You'll arrive at your Alexa home screen.
Step 2. Tap the "Menu" icon in the upper left corner of the screen. The Menu icon features three horizontal lines. A menu flies in from the left side of the screen.
Step 3. Tap "Reminders and Alarms" in the menu. A screen displaying your Alexa reminders, alarms, and timers appears.
Step 4. Tap "Alarms" in the row of options along the top of the screen. A list of your set alarms appears on the screen.
Step 5. Tap "Settings" at the bottom of the list of Alexa alarms. The Sounds screen appears. Drag the volume slider at the top of the screen to the right to turn the volume up, or to the left to turn the volume down. Your changes will automatically be saved.
Next let's walk through how to change the Alexa alarm volume on a single Alexa device in the Alexa app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
