Step 1: Open app store
Step 2: Click profile icon
Step 3: Click on account
Step 4: Click change country/region
Step 5: Select country
Step 6: Confirm country change
You just need to keep 2 important things in mind before you do this:
1. You cannot change your region when you have an active subscription on your Apple ID. Like Apple Music, AppleTV+, Apple Arcade, etc.
2. You shouldn't have any balance left in your Apple ID.
