At the moment in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 2022 Beta, the Lethal & Tactical Grenade throwing mechanic by default is set to "Tap to Cook, Tap again to Throw", rather than the normal "Tap To Throw, Hold To Cook, Release To Throw" on your Xbox & PlayStation Shoulder / Bumper buttons. (R1 / L1, RB / LB).
In this beginners guide tutorial video, I show you how to go into the menus and change the throwing controls back to the normal legacy way of using throwables in Call of Duty.
