Tutorial on how to Remove old Music Players and set a new Default Player in the Sound Indicator menu of Ubuntu.
Compatible music players include: Banshee, Clementine, Amarok, Exaile, Xnoise, Rhythmbox, as well as a few more.

This video applies to all versions of Ubuntu from 12.04 to 13.10.

Instructions:
Ubuntu 12.04 to 13.04: sudo apt-get install dconf-tools
Ubuntu 13.10 onwards: sudo apt-get install dconf-editor

Open dconf editor and navigate to:
com - canonical - indicator - sound
