Project settings and search for mouse cursor and just set the image there :)

EDIT: My mouse cursor ended up being a sword that points straight up, and it's size ended up being 32px x 32px, so in the mouse cursor settings I adjusted the custom image hotspot to be exactly 15.5, so the "activation point" of the mouse cursor is exactly in the middle of my custom mouse cursor image :) Happy hacking! ^^
