Power On Your PS4: Turn on your PS4 and wait for it to fully boot up.

Navigate to Settings: Use your controller to navigate to the main menu, then scroll up to the "Settings" icon (it looks like a toolbox) and press the "X" button to select it.

Access Account Management: In the Settings menu, scroll down and select "Account Management."

Edit Your Profile: Once you're logged in, go to "Account Information" and select "Profile."

Edit Real Name: In the Profile settings, you'll find an option to edit your real name. Select this option and follow the prompts to change your real name. You'll likely be asked to enter your new real name and confirm the change.

Confirm Changes: After making the changes, confirm them by selecting "Confirm" or "OK."

Logout and Login Again: After changing your real name, you may need to log out of your account and then log back in to your PS4 console to ensure the changes take effect.
