To change your skin or outfit in LEGO Fortnite, you can follow the steps below:

Open Fortnite and navigate to the Locker tab located at the top side of the main screen.
Click on the outfit you want to change. Note that outfits with selectable styles have a divided circle in the icon.
Click on Edit Style.
Select the style you want for the outfit.
Click on Save and Exit.
Please note that the above steps are for changing skins or outfits in Fortnite. If you want to convert your Fortnite locker to LEGO skins
