To set a bounty on a player in GTA 5 Online, you can follow these steps:

Press the Up button on the D-pad to open your phone.
Navigate to Contacts and call Lester.
Select the Set Bounty option from the list.
Choose the player you want to target and the amount of money you want to offer.

Confirm the bounty and wait for someone to kill the target.
Once the target is eliminated by someone, the cash prize will be deducted from your account. However, Lester charges a commission of $1000 for setting up a bounty in GTA 5 Online
