To view players in lobby and select their profile in GTA 5 Online, you can follow these steps:

Press the Touchpad on your DualShock 4 controller to bring up the Interaction Menu.
Select Players from the Interaction Menu.
Use the D-pad to highlight the player you want to view and press X to select them.

Select View Profile to view the player’s profile.

Alternatively, you can use the Online tab in the Pause Menu to view the list of all players in the session. Select the player’s name and choose View Profile to view their profile
