How to add some eye candy to your system by changing the Splash Screen for GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)

Linux:
Add "splashes" folder to - /home/you/.gimp-2.x/
(Press Ctrl+H to show hidden folders)

Windows:
Add "splashes" folder to - C:\Documents and Settings\username\.gimp-2.x

The splash screen I used: http://www.mahvin.com/2011/11/november-21st-is-international-gimp-day.html
You can find more with Google Image Search or DeviantArt
