You might want to change the weather in the wild area to catch a specific Pokemon that only appears under certain weather conditions. This method actually works all across the game, not just the Wild Area.

All you'll have to do is check the current weather from your town map (do this by pressing the + Button on your controller).

Then go to your Nintendo Switch settings and change the date by a day and go back to your game. Now toggle the weather on your map to check for the specific weather conditions across the Wild Area.

You can repeat this process over and over until you get the weather you need :)
