Let's be real here, you can and will get stuck with a really crappy roster in the Battle Agency as you claw your way up for the Agency Sunglasses. There is a very simple, elegant solution.

During the Sun and Moon days, people used this trick to get infinite items off Confuse Ray and other facilities. it is the exact same concept-- once a facility in Festival Plaza has been used up for the day, you can screw the rules if you have festival coins by repurchasing it.

Do not be afraid to spend Festival Coins on this, especially with the Global Mission for Agency related wins. I personally spent over 20000 FC when I climbed from grade 41 to 50, just on Switcheroo. This is a wise investment, you have to spend FC to get FC.
