Steps:

- Open up the youtube app and tap on your profile icon in the top right corner of the homepage.

- Tap ‘your channel’ from the menu that appears.

- Then tap ‘edit channel’.

- Now tap on your profile picture at the top middle of the page.

- You can take a photo or choose from your photos, i will choose from my photos.

- Hold down on the photo that you would like to use and then tap ‘select’ at the top of the page.

- You can drag the image around to select a different area of the photo to be in the shot.

- Tap save when you are happy with the area selected.

- Your profile photo will then be changed.
