Your (hacked) psp requires ISO, PSP and GAME folders for ISOs and CSOs to work.

How does hacked psp differs from Original psp?

Original psp has a OFW ( official firmware ) which doesn't support what we call pirate ISOs and CSOs.
The Hacked psp has a CFW ( Custom firmware ) which you can play all the games including the original games.

I prefer you to hack your psp in a shop rather than doing it yourself.
Because if something happens while you hack your psp yourself, no one will help you (not even the original retailer or SONY because you tried to crack it, and when u go tell them that most probably you will get arrested etc.)

If you wanna hack it yourself, you just type how to downgrade ( if you have OFW of 6.00 or 6.00+ )
or how to upgrade ( if you have OFW of 1.5 to 5.00 ) in youtube search.

For me, the problem came about when I played the rockband unplugged game and exited. Then, as the rockband has a #!&! protection, the game deleted this folder in my memory stick thus i am not able to access to the ISO folder in my memory stick (ms0:\) so if you encounter this problem after playing games, a solution is to:

Create an empty text file so that the game wouldn't be able to delete the folder due to the text file blocking the process. However, there may be consequences to your PSP or memory stick, which I do not know.

if you have a CFW already, you may want to upgrade it to LATEST CFW if u want to play the latest games.
