Step 1. Open the Amazon app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device, and then tap "Menu" in row of options at the bottom of this screen.

Step 2. Navigate to the Your Shortcuts section, and then tap "Orders." An Orders menu opens.

Step 3. Scroll down this menu until you get to the Message Center section, and then tap "Your Messages."

Step 4. Tap "Buyer/Seller Messages." The Message Center screen opens, where you'll see a list of all of the open conversations you have with Amazon sellers.

Tap any of these messages to see the full conversation thread with this specific seller, and where you can send a new message to them if you need to.
