Follow the below steps:
1) Launch the PayPal app
2) To find out the identity verification, you will see a red banner saying the app needs more info such as your legal id and so on
3) If you want to check email-phone verification
4) Tap on the profile icon
5) Go to Personal Info
6) There will be an exclamation mark if your email or phone is not yet verified
7) That's all it takes to find out if your PayPal account is verified or not.
