This is the mvs game that I got from kenn6275 that wasnt working. The main cause of this was that the previous owner put one of the rom boards in backwards when they reassembled the cart. If you take one of these games apart, make 100% sure that the boards are in correctly Both of the rom pcbs should have the parts side (roms and ic`s) facing the back of the cart. This means that the Solder side of the pcb`s should be facing the triangle notch on the front of the cart. If these boards are put in backwards your game wont start up and it will cause problems. This is a very simple thing but if done in a hurry or by someone who is not used to putting these carts back together after dis assembly, it will cause unwanted graphical issues and cause the game to not start up. When in doubt, if you have another neo geo mvs cart, undo the screws and open up the casing so you can see how the rom pcb`s are supposed to go in and how it goes back together.
