======= Answers =======
1.) Basically just go to EDIT and PURGE ALL MEMORY (in After Effects) to save up disk space after you finished your projects. It just deletes temp. files that adobe makes to make rendering faster and ram preview faster as well.
2.) You can also go to %AppData% and go to APPDATA (at the top) then scroll down to TEMP and delete everything inside since they're all just TEMPorary files only to make the programs go faster but either way they're always being recreated so it doesn't really matter, it just clears up a lot of space.
