This video will show you how to clear previous browsing data before each session of Google Chrome desktop use (browsing history, download history, cookies and other site and plugin data, cached images and files, passwords, autofill form data, hosted app data, and content licences). There is no way to do so upon exiting Google Chrome without installing an extension or plugin sadly, however, there is a way to set this as the first startup page upon bootup of the Google Chrome desktop browser. This video shows you how to do just this.
