In this video I explain how to find and collect classified scan databanks. You will probably be wanting 50 of them to unlock Ram Tah. You basically want to find a Convoy Beacon by searching for high population outbreak systems. You may need to visit a few systems to actually find one. After-which keep scanning all the Type 9's, 7's and Haulers for a random chance of some classified scan databanks. This can take around an hour to collect all 50 required to unlock Ram Tah.
