To completely turn off Bluetooth on your PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Connect your controller to the PS5 via USB cable.
Go to Settings - Devices - Bluetooth Accessories and select the controller’s entry.

Choose to forget device or disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
Alternatively, go to Settings - Accessories - General - Advanced Settings and select to turn off Bluetooth.

The PS5 will restart and Bluetooth will be off.
