Update: Some users have had problems with the game audio over optical to the GoXLR. Check the following audio settings in PS4
Settings - Sound and Screen - Audio Output Settings - Primary Output - Set to 'DIGITAL OUT (OPTICAL)' with only the Linear PCM formats ticked.
Under 'Audio Format (Priority)' Set to 'Linear PCM' (this is best for GoXLR as it does not support Dolby & DTS).
If you are still not getting game audio, power cycle the GoXLR (unplug power and plug back in) and unplug and plug the optical cable back in.
