How to convert Xbox Reward Points to money (in your Microsoft Account)

If you have followed my previous tutorial on earning Microsoft reward points through completing missions on your Xbox (video can be seen through this link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_t6ife63da8), you will probably have accrued some points by now. It's time to turn those points into actual money in your account, so you can use it to buy Microsoft products such as games or a game pass membership.
The way to do this is basically to convert the points into gift cards. You can see that I only have enough points for a $5 gift card. That is one reason why I stopped doing quests - I found that the time that I spent to accrue the points is probably worth more than the actual dollar value I received from the points. But still, if you make points from playing games, you might as well do it anyway because it's relaxing and enjoyable :)
I ended up using the points towards Elden Ring. It was pretty expensive when I bought it so $5 didn't help too much. I did spend a fair amount of time in the game so it was worth it. What did you buy with your points?
