Six week beginner Brazilian Zouk recap 2022-08-21
8Recently I started Zouk dance classes again. I did it many years ago for a while, but I kind of stopped partner dancing for a few years recently to focus on rock climbing. But now I'm back and I've been doing 2 classes a week (on the same night) as well as being part of the Brisbane Zouk flash mob on another night of each week.
I'm quite lucky that one of the rock climbers I know is also a dancer, so we can practice together. Daya is always keen to practice dance as well as climb. She is a great dancer as well as rock climber so I hope to be able to video her climb one day as well, maybe she will be glad to appear on this channel as a climber too.
The moves in this video have Portuguese names. This is the list of moves which appear in the video in order of appearance. I led all the moves without telling daya beforehand, so this is completely lead and follow and not choreographed.
