Beef Kansi is an Ilonggo dish that is a cross between Bulalo and Sinigang where Beef Shanks are flavoured with a sour fruit called batawan and lemon grass.Vegetables used are different as well as it uses Jackfruit instead of the normal Sinigang Veggies.

Beef Shanks, Onions, Onion Leaves, Minced Garlic, Tanglad, Tomato, Annatto Oil (Achuete),
Green Chili, Siling Labuyo, Jackfruit, Sinigang Sampalok Mix, Salt & Pepper
