Not everyone likes cooking Turkey at Christmas or Thanksgiving. So, for those of you that prefer to celebrate with chicken, here's a simple and delicious (possibly) recipe. You can substitute any of the ingredients for chicken, except the chicken or the vodka. Next week I'll show you how to cook a potato.
