How to correctly unbox an SSD and most flash-based storage media
This video was more or less meant as a joke, but if I think about it, I never did it correctly before this video. I always destroyed the packaging beyond recognition, sometimes scratched the SSD, so there may be problems if I have to RMA them. Some retailers void the warranty if the packaging is "too damaged" or the product is scratched.
PS: The Kingston SA400S37/480G works really well, put it in my desktop PC, in the place of a 320GB 2.5" hard drive with a few bad sectors. The OS (Windows 10 PRO) sits on a 120GB ADATA SSD...
