Applying warpaint is one of the Chapter 5 objectives in Conan Exiles, but it is now fixed on consoles and can be applied. This video covers how to learn, craft, and apply warpaint. The final step for application, however, is the step that was not working in the game. Now that it's fixed it should be fairly easy to select the warpaint and apply it for the milestone completion. Before you do that, there are still things to know about how to craft warpaint including what stations to use, what materials you'll need, and which feats to unlock.
