Hey and thanks for checking out this Unreal Engine beginner tutorial on how you can easily and quickly create a launch pad or a jump board or a trampoline. The mechanism behind all of these in-game items is the same process. It is very simple and requires a blueprint actor that then gets several straightforward nodes. Together, they create an Unreal Engine trampoline or any similar objects in the level. These Unreal Engine jump pads can then be placed wherever necessary and their jump height defined with nothing more than the edit of the Z axis. Also, the process of Unreal Engine launch character is behind the whole process and it too is nothing more than a couple of blueprint nodes.
