How to Create an Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) in After Effects with Particular or built-in plugins.

I wanted to make realistic auroras in After Effects for one of my projects. In this video I focus on how to create an aurora with After Effects alone, and I also show how to make an aurora with Particular. I think the aurora effect looks great. It is fully animated, or can be exported as a still image.
