The community asked me to do a video about delegating.
As a starting point, I checked out the advice you get from "How to Delegate" in Google. Honestly it isn't bad.
BUT
I think it misses one key thing you need to do this successfully.
This one is a bit ranty but useful. I don't do rants as often anymore but sometimes...
