2) Open Instagram and login to your account
3) Go to the DM's page
4) Tap on the group name
5) Select the three dots next to a name
6) Remove all the members first
7) At last, when you leave the group, it will automatically get deleted once there are no members left
8) This way, you can delete a group chat on Instagram on iPhone
