1) Update the Oculus (Meta Quest) app to the latest version
2) Open Oculus and login to your account
3) Tap on the Menu icon from the bottom right
4) Tap on your profile name from the top
5) Now tap on the three dots
6) Select Edit Profile
7) Tap on the username
8) Make your changes and save it
9) This way, you can change your Oculus username.
