Here is steps by step guide to Clear your Run history in Windows, do the following:
1. Open Run & type regedit and hit Enter key to open the Registry Editor window.

2. Navigate to the below path on Registry Editor window:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RunMRU

3. Now inside the RunMRU folder delete all entries, except the default one.

That’s all. Now you can close the Registry Editor window. You will now see that all your RUN history is cleared.
