How to turn ON/Activate/Enable Ransomware Protection in Windows defender, windows 10, prevent threat, blocking data & files, protect folders. in this video!

1. Write Windows Security in the Windows search bar & open the Windows Security and click on "Virus & threat protection".

2. Scroll down and under Ransomware protection, click on "Manage ransomware protection".

3. Turn ON Controlled folder access & Click on the "Protected folders" option.

4. In the next window, you can click on "Add a protected folder" button to add more folder.
Now, whenever someone tries to get an unauthorized access to those folders and modify the contents, the attempt will be blocked. Then you will see a pop up with the message “Unauthorized changes blocked“.

That’s all. Ransomware protection feature turned on in Windows Defender and your folders & data are now being protected.
