How to Delete Shortcuts on iPhone - Quick Guide
1If you want to delete shortcuts on your iPhone, the process is quick and easy once you know where to look. Shortcuts are created through the Shortcuts app, which helps automate tasks, but if you no longer need a shortcut or want to declutter the app, you can remove them with just a few taps.
Start by opening the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. Once inside, you’ll see a list of all your saved shortcuts. If you’ve tried tapping the three dots on a shortcut to find a delete option, you might have noticed that there’s no direct delete button there. Instead of tapping the three dots, the trick is to *long-press* the shortcut you want to delete.
Press and hold the shortcut until a quick actions menu pops up. In this menu, you’ll see several options, including "Delete." Tap on the "Delete" option, and a confirmation message will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the shortcut. Confirm by tapping "Delete Shortcut," and it will be permanently removed from your device.
