Guide on how to remove synced media files (e.g. images and videos) from the Oculus/Meta app directly without using the Meta Quest 2 VR headset? - This is an issue, as of right now, you need to wait 14 days for the media to be removed. Enabling sync in the headset will upload the media files to the cloud and downloaded to the Oculus/Meta Quest app for iOS/Android. There is no 'Delete' button to remove the media as of the time making this video. According to Oculus support you'll need to wait 14 days for the files to be unsynced and deleted.
