Steps:

- from the dashboard of PS5, move to the top and then go to the right until you get to settings and open them.

- In settings, open ‘privacy’.

- Now select ‘Voice data collection’.

- Here in voice data collection settings, change the status to ‘don’t allow’, this will prevent your Playstation 5 from collecting your voice data.
