Easy as hell

Press something on the connected device once the page loads
Select "Player 1" on the white drop down screen
Select what you want to use as your device's visual (Xbox pad, Ps4, Fightstick, etcetera)
Go to 'info', located in the upper left of the screen in a drop down menu
Click the 'Generate URL' tab, and copy the URL address from the tab's top field
Go to OBS, and add a 'Browser' source.
In the Browser Source field, paste the URL you copied and VIOLA!
