How to do 0Q Cooldown Yasuo Bug (Read Description)

Open a File Explorer window then navigate to the "This PC" tab
Using the search bar typing "persistedsettings" open the "PersistedSettings.json" file.
With the file open search for the evtEmoteToggle binding by pressing Ctrl+F and typing in "evtemotetoggle" add a ",[e]" to the binding so it will be bound to your E as well, *shown in the video*

(!) YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE CLIENT OPEN WHILE CHANGING THE SETTINGS OR IT WILL RESET UPON OPENING THE CLIENT (!)

This will make you do you toggle emote that some skins/characters (like Night Hunter Rengar to toggle his Hood or with Aatrox to toggle his wings) have every time you press E (this will not affect gameplay on those other champs since you E cast will cancel the animation for them anyways)
However Ctrl+5 can be used on all champions even though they don't have anything special for it, it will instead just cancel all the animations you are doing for your character.
This is extremely unique for Yasuo as his E animation can be canceled by using this, this allows Yasuo to preform a bug that was soft patched out where he can get 0 cooldown on his Q
What you have to do is press E - (Ctrl+5 but you should have bound that already) - Item active (as long as they have a channel for it, like Iron Spike Whip and the items it builds into, Predator, Everfrost and others, however for Prowlers Claw, Protobelt, and Galeforce I believe is possible but I personally just can't do it consistently) - Q (Without the notes: E - Ctrl+5 - Item Active - Q) and it will give you no cooldown on your Q
This can be utilized to do E - Stride Breaker - Q2 - Q3 for an instant Tornado.
