Seraphine is on PBE servers right now.
When you are using abilities you can gain notes from allies however when leaving the range of your allies these notes will stay active in your passive but not on the champion... So if you go into range cast abilities until your allies have 4 notes each then walk out of range you can reset it but keep your notes the hard limit is 100 notes though but 100 notes can get you over 3k range. Probably not intended but more or less an oversight... this probably works even better if you have champs who have clones on your team... (probably the reason too)
