Create a custom lobby, then hit the "Invite" button, while still in the tab to select the people to invite hit the "Create Lobby" button in the app provided, wait until the lobby name is changed to "Practice Tool" and then invite the people you have selected...

*Note:* You can only invite once if you do not invite all the people/someone denies it or looses their invite you will have to remake the lobby (repeat the steps above) and invite all the people...
