How to do a factory reset of your Oculus Quest 2 or Quest Pro VR headset using the Meta Quest Mobile app on Android or iOS phone remotely. A step-by-step video guide.

Important When you do factory reset, all the data is wiped. It's irreversible and will remove all account information, downloaded games, and content from the headset but it won't remove content you've purchased or downloaded from your account.

If you can't see those screens, try going to Menu - Headset Settings - Advanced Settings - Factory reset.
