HOW TO DO HIGH SCREAMS
This is how I developed mine. Only do it for a few minutes at a time or less if needed in the beginning and give your vocal folds plenty of rest between sessions as it'll definitely be a bit abrasive when you're just starting out.
Give it time and gradually get comfortable with the feel of it and learn to wiggle around in your range with it. Once you get comfortable enough power will start to develop and you can try using it in songs.
I would recommend anything from Brian Johnson era ACDC personally as he sings almost exclusively in a distorted sound that's just barely outside of falsetto in terms of fullness, so it lets you focus purely on getting the distortion right in the context of a song. Any classic rock with a high ranged singer will probably work fine though, just make sure it's in a comfy range for you.
Aside from being a useful skill vocally in and of itself this also works great to develop strength in your higher registers, which will definitely help with expanding your chest/full voice range and giving you more versatility as a singer as well.
Best of luck guys! Let me know if you have any questions.
